Delivery: We aim to deliver products within the UK within 2-3 working days from the date of your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. We use a third-party courier (Evri) for our deliveries and cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time.
Cancellation & Returns: You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your products. You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing or by email. You must return the products to us in their original condition and packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the products, but not the cost of delivery.
