As of March 2025, several regions have introduced or are considering bans on certain vaping products, primarily focusing on single-use (disposable) vapes and flavored e-cigarettes.
United Kingdom:
The UK government has announced a ban on the sale and supply of single-use vapes, effective from 1 June 2025. This measure addresses environmental concerns, as disposable vapes contribute significantly to waste and litter, posing risks to wildlife and ecosystems. The ban applies to all single-use vapes, regardless of nicotine content, while reusable vapes will remain legal.
Shop selling single use vapes, will have a 6 months grace period to sell through stock held but they won't be able to display them.
